Just wondering if this is bugged. a normal heavy missile has 3,750 as Max speed, with lvl 1 of Missile Projection it went up to 4,125... now at lvl 2 it's still at 4,125 m/sec for me? I'm right clicking my ship and going to modules->then doin...
